Fall Season Almost Here – BOOK NOW!

Dear Friends and Anglers,

As the autumn months upon us, we are hoping that the thought of cooler weather will evoke memories of warm Yucatan breezes and salty air. If you have not already, it is time to get your name on the calendar and make plans for coming to visit us next season!

Our first guests arrive Punta Allen on November 9th and we could not be more excited about opening up our 8th year at The Palometa Club. As the off-season winds down and Dick and Kaye start making preparations for their pilgrimage south from their summer lives in Alaska, we thought it a good time to send you another copy of our Off-Season Newsletter. It is filled with beautiful images and updates from last season that should get you stoked about booking a plane ticket to Cancun ASAP!

In addition to several great fly-shop sponsored hosted weeks, we are also once again hosting another Bonefish Tarpon Trust permit tagging week with BTT’s director, Aaron Adams, and BTT board member Jon Ain, May 24-31.

Anglers will participate in the tagging and data collection of permit and enjoy seminars educating us all on the facts and myths of permit, bonefish and tarpon throughout the Caribbean – as well as learn about the fascinating research being done by BTT to protect these marvelous species. Guests will also receive a FREE $100 membership to BTT. Finally, we are in the process of planning a sponsored (yet informal) fishing tournament at the Club the week of May 17-24. Stay tuned for details and the formal announcement very soon.

Meantime, below is current list of available dates. Predictably, there is plenty of space available for the fall and winter months – as well as some sexy springtime weeks as well. Don’t forget that our best fishing conditions last year were during January and February – and our discounted fall season rates of $3250 per person should not be overlooked. You will also see some primetime March dates now completely wide open due to cancellations as well as a few holes that need plugging in April, May, and June.

Thanks for taking another look at the Off-Season Newsletter and considering the Palometa Club when planning next year’s fishing trip. We are looking forward to hearing from you soon!
